While the corporate office for Canterbury Manufactured Homes is in Chico, CA, we will have a very strong local presence to assist in the new home process. Steve will personally work with each resident to design their home with maximum benefit at an affordable price. He will be here so much, you will think he lives here. We will have an office located near the park for your convenience. Our low base price includes the state approved wildfire package and all taxes & escrow charges. All options you select will be priced at our cost with no markup.

Click on contact us, fill in the form with model #'s and we will send you the base pricing.

We also have a book especially for Oakridge with the most popular floor plans, options and setup pricing. Again, using the contact form to give us your mailing information, we will be happy to mail this book to you.

We are in the process of assembling a large group of set up contractors to assure timely set up of your new home and any other improvements you desire. We will be using lots of local subcontractors for things like driveways, awnings, air conditioning, etc. You can even select some of your own subcontractors if you would like.

Champion Homes (parent company of Silvercrest Homes) will be working very closely with us to design the perfect home to meet your needs. They have provided us special pricing to help make this as affordable as possible. They have the design and sales staff, as well as the building capacity to build all the homes needed in a timely manner. They are extremely flexible in customizing your home for you. Don't be afraid to ask, it can probably be done and always at a fair price. If you see a plan that sort of works for you, but you need to move walls, windows, change kitchens, or ???, let us know-we can probably do it. Need wheelchair access or other special needs? We can do it. Additionally, if you have another manufacturer's plan that you like, let us price it for you. We can almost always build a similar home with high quality features at the best possible price.

I have worked with other manufactures such as Fleetwood, Skyline, Silvercrest and Fuqua Homes and there is no doubt in my mind that Champion Homes offers the best value. High quality at a great price. Additionally, Champion's service department is the best I have experienced. A simple toll free phone call to Cynthia in our Chico office will get a prompt response from Champion's service department for whatever needs to be addressed. Additionally, SRM Contracting who will be overseeing all construction for us, is an approved service contractor for Champion and will be able to take care of most service issues before you even know about them.

We know you have other companies you can use for your home needs.
